InvoCare is an industry leader within the funeral industry, we currently operate over 300 funeral locations, 17 cemeteries and 29 crematoria, throughout Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and growing.

 🐶 What you’ll be doing

Duties of a Client Care Coordinator:

• Provide professional pet aftercare services with compassion and empathy

• Manage client enquiries across various platforms

• Coordinate information between client care, preparation, operation, and cremation teams for smooth service delivery

• Assist clients during viewings and collection of ashes with professional and empathy

• Prepare client viewing rooms and ensure its up to high standards

• Manage client payments across multiple platforms

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry of client and veterinary information

 ✅ About you

• Exceptional customer service skills, you are an effective and clear communicator

• Intermediate Microsoft suit experience

• Strong organisation skills and thrive in a clean and tidy environment

• An ability to handle deceased pets in a professional manner – when required

• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks

• Looking for professional with exceptional resilience
